The end of time itself

I just watch penultimate episode of David Tennant as the doctor, the end of time. In the trailers, it looked so great and dark. But then again, you can only judge the product if you already eaten the bag of shit. RTd need to take some kind of medication or an editor at some point. Some bit are glorious and some just need to GO AWAY.

Bits that I like:

THE DRAMA: One thing that RTD does great is drama. Doomsday, midnight, turn left, girl in the fireplace, they all have that tone of a drwho yet would take you into a kind of titanic tearjerker moment when rose let’s go of jack’s dead body. He makes you find the ‘human’ in the doctor that make you want him to live happily ever after with rose or with Joan redfren or with madam de pompadour. And then he yanks it out of the doctor and leaves him alone and in despair, to burn like fire and ice forever to the ends of the galaxy. This time RTD took us to the despair of a timelord .to live forever; to change every being of him; and now to die. The café scene gave us the burden of the doctor to become someone. I feel that he is having an identity crisis over who he is and how to be him anymore, if that made sense. Also the scene with the master and the doctor show us their lost of innocence that a point in their childhood would reference that change in their life.
WILF: wilf has always been grandfather that I you would like to keep for your own ( I don’t promote slavery but if I have the chance to be Wilf’s grandson I’ll take it and never look back)I really would love to see him in the flesh ( wilf not Bernard cribbing But his a good actor). They explored his past as a soldier and we see him as also a troubled soul much like the doctor in a way. He can be corky and heart breaking at the same time.
THE MASTER: john simm must play a sociopath in his next project. He portrayed crazy the no one else can. I think his resurrection should have been more dramatic and not harry potter remake-est. He made the master cheeky to a point of shiver and talk babbles that I made me think he will jumps right out of my TV and kill me and some point. I loved the ending of every one on earth is the master or as he would like to call it the ‘master-race’. The only two things that bothered me are if he is every one, how do they procreate? Did he leave all the woman master with their vagina or is it now a dick. And how did they made john simm wears a dress. I know his an actor but for what I can recall he hasn’t played a woman in any of the credits posted on his Wikipedia page. Mind you it looks CGI but the john simm’s face was not pasted on the head of any extras. It was all him. (But I saw doctor who confidential that they planed to put extras on mask that looks like john simm and it really looks like john simm and I want one. I hope they sell them on EBay. And do they have one in David tenant?)
LUCY SAXON: probably the most underplayed character. She is both tragic and heroic. I believe the her sacrifice or the culmination of the sacrifice should have been prolonged to tease us to her ultimate redemption from an evil or a enemy to the doctor (not to destroy him but to stop him from what they think is bad for everyone) to a champion of good. Much like harriot Jones from journey’s ended. Her great quote ‘I’m not that bright but my family has contact’ was phenomenal. She the only not-so-bright character to admit she was stupid and she is proud of it. Acceptance is the first step towards a good recovery.
MINEE THE MENACE: she could have been a fun character to play. She is fun, playful and need something from the doctor. I believe this is the first time that the doctor was molested. A milestone in doctor who history. and i know for a fact that she has had sex inside a police box.(not the actress stupid!)

Bits that I hate:

THE MASTER HAS SUPERPOWERS: what in good earth would make me believe that the master can make lightning bolt and jumps 50 feet in the air? Is there an American in the production staff the suggested to give the master superpowers? If so, please kill him. Cut his eyes and brains out and send it to me so I can feed to a hungry one-eyed dog. I know for a fact the doctor who lives for the science fiction. Not fantasy in a way, it turns into a farce (side note, I think after he jumps into the homeless people, he kills them and eat the poor blokes. Thus, the master is now a cannibal.)(re:side note: i watch it again and confirmed my speculation
JOSHUA AND HER DAUGHTER ABIGAIL NAISMITH: I know they are catalyst for the master to create the master race but don’t you notice that they have an insect relationship. First, he wants his daughter to live forever. If I had a machine that would make me live forever, is it that the first priority would be you rather than anyone else. Where the mother in this family? I think he killed her. And they are hateful that I hope they never come back again just like stockbroker that survived in the voyage of the dammed. (Well, I hope we see him so we can kill him properly)
THE MASTERS RESURRECTION: I though cloning was involve when I saw the trailer, like making the master grow gradually. But I was given an explanation that was too vague to be sci-fi. What is the ‘book of saxon’ and how did it get to our screens? I thought they would dance or something. Just to give it some kind of validity that this is magic. And explanation that the hand of rani ( the red nail polish hand picking a ring) was not any of the speculated theory ( I once though it was donna how was really the rani. I know the plot sound American soap opera but it could work) but just an extra who didn’t even speak. epic fail.
THE NARRATOR: he was good actually but the BBC had a miss step with revealing the narrator in the middle of the story. i was thinking to my self, it this the end of part one? then the doctor meets the master. and on the back of my head. i was saying to my self "oh! good thing i didn't close this site ( i was on live streaming when that happened) it was point of confusion for me.

Bits that needs to go way:

DOUCHBAG DOCTOR AND THAT KEY THE LOCK THE TARDIS: I’ve seen the Douchbag doctor and I know you have seen him in the end of ‘waters of mars’. but he was very more a**hole when we last him. he even made the tardis function like an SUV in front of the odd. and these creatures mean businees. making them laugh is like making hitler celebrate hanukka, its not gonna work.
THE CACTUS PEOPLE, VINVOCCI: I know this is RTD’s episode as a show runner. But girl, it’s not the last time you can write about doctor who. So why are you shoving the whole Christmas in the turkey? The doctor is cleaver enough to know what the contraption is. They just there for a humor plot. Period.
OBAMA: I know for a fact that Obama was just an insert so that trinity wells can be there for the 10th doctor swansong. But can they just make it a different kind of story to put her in the episode. And the Obama them cast was not even that convincing. RTD even put him as reference that he announces some kind of plan to end the recession. I know the plot will not be possible. One, Obama will be stuff with turkey and drunk with eggnog to even have the will power to speak at a press conference. And two, no one can out do Jesus. (Side note: a good plot will be trinity wells has move to the UK and land a job at BBC news and She reports the immortality gate. Or the Naismith held a press conference and announces the immortality gate. With trinity wells reporting on the subject with North America news network (NANN).)

CONCLUSIONS AND SPECULATIONS

overall, the episode was good yet there were some bad bit in the story. i predict the doctor will die by means of stabbing of some kind. donna will be the new president of the timelords. the woman in white is the white guardian's wife. wilf is the white guarding. alonzo frame will be a officer for the shadow proclamation. the odd will stop the timelord and in effect will be the timelords( the good ones ofcourse). harriet jones, sarah jane smith, jack hartness will appear in a flashback during the doctors regeneration. wilf will die a hero unknow to the humans on earth but his sacrifice will be sung to the galaxys. rose will appear but will recognize the doctor as 'just some bloke' he meet her for the last time to say 'i love you' but she'll just think his drunk or something. the doctor dies alone.

i hope for the best in part two and i wish you a happy new year.

like a wart that won't go away, the timelords are back. i haven't seen them during my oldwho marathons (I'm finishing enlightenment and unearthly child took me ages to finish watching.) still, i face-value look at them as stuffy and snobs form the posh districts. and the only exception is the doctor. timoty dolton is a really good actor to cast as the hear timelord. not because of james bond but because of the movie 'The Beautician and the Beast'. which stars Fran Drescher who plays nanny fine in the nanny. ( i haven't seen his version of james bond but i think its good. still, Pierce Brosnan is my james bond.) you know what just watch the promo form youtube. enjoy!

the loveliest thing seen. bit of Christmas spirit that would make torture funny and a bit of nostalgia that would make you miss the bush years ( the new one of course)when the American would shit on your human rights and force you to form a naked-human pyramid with other naked-people. is miss those day.

boondock staints 2

I watch the first movie and it was orgasmic. these are hero how are not bright and shiny or a loner they are hardcore hero with out the fanfare of blowing this for the fun of it. and the plot twist that the hitman was the father was uncalled for. ( but i suggest never mix the mother in the story. let her die when they were young.) the sequel look as dark and well written. but i don't have the time to watch it. maybe I'm gonna see it on Christmas vacation.

the preview clip that i can't stop laughing

i love this clip. this show that pensioners (old people) can still do a lot of great like find the doctor. the picture taking bit greet and meet at a comic convention and i like it. the old lady(the actress name is June Whitfield) in the end is hilarious. this is what the guy how wears the jack sparrow costume at disneyland feels like everyday and it's not the hot ones that want some vanilla-chocolate (the doctor) it's either the lonely or the old people.

how i met your mother : the window

i love this show,it's a great story and plus niel partick harris give the show a character you love and hate at the same time. this episode however just made me waste half an hour of my life. first, the only thing that is funny is the end of the show when barney has sex with the old lady (just assuming). and then the part when we see future marshall. I don't know why on god given earth did they make that classroom/focus group bit. it didn't help it at all. then, there are good bits that should have been extended like robin teasing barney with farmer joke. and bits that should have died in the cutting room floor like the artshow bit. i know that robin is canadian and therefore, americaness disabled. but she is not that awkward. so for this episode i give it an -eh- just don';t bother watching it.

I'm going to make this blog purely doctor who. weeel! mostly doctor. may be i;m going more on commenting about television and film. so for a little taste of my brain here's a preview of doctor who and a ramdon thing the bbc want you to watch.

The amazing race 15

This week the amazing race premiered on my TV. I love that this season has more twist and surprises. I think this game changes over time. (Because I think survivor is like a bad version of the real world, From Hawaii beyond. Teams this season are a little different, they had a gay BROTHERS (note the emphasis on the brothers. they are not a couple but we know they have done it.) The only all woman team, the poker girls, tried to lie until the five legs or so, I thought it was a good back story. They were counselors of a non-profit organization. And you know, the evil in me would think this is a good lie, if only they did not have accesses to the internet. And once again, the five generic young middle age white heterosexual couples or as like to call them ‘expendables’. One thing that struck my nerve is that the producers of the race have been in a large runt in casting, Case in point, Zev and Justin. I know that in the previous season we have seen little people (Charla and Mirma), and hearing disabilities (Marge and Luke) but I think that they are pushing the line. Much as they did with season 14 (see my last post about the race)
The game started with something unexpected, something weird and something that was a detour on a previous season and use a road block. Something unexpected was the elimination of a team too early on in the race. It like being asks to visit Willy Wonka’s chocolate factory and learning that you get there is was prank. You were given that chance of a lifetime only to taken away from you. That sucks. Something weird was the japaneses game show. I felt like a teenage girl screaming from the top of my lungs from this roadblock. Because the race has come to Japan for three to four times (including the Asia version) and they always go with the traditional Japan kind of feel and to see them in the weird Japan- I just want to cry. And it not just your generic Japanese’s game show ( generic would consist of monkeys, a Ballpit , lot’s of foam and an engrish speaking game show host) it an ever the top Lolita girls, traditionally dress one man band, confetti filled, bad English speaking sexy announcer and a engrish speaking game show host. They had to eat wasabi bomb to move on. Which I think is a kind of party food you would eat as a dare (like worms or Balut eggs). And something to long that I would not like to repeat myself is the duck. This task is a repeat. If you know the 5th season and watch the Philippine leg you will know that there was a detour involving ducks and guiding them to some piece of land. This was the detour that lead to the Best four words I think utter in the history of the game ‘my ox is broken’
Well, It’s still the premiere. I’m still hoping that one of the expendables would have a mental breakdown . I hope that the gay brothers would keep the secret of being gay. And I wish that this season will be more cryptic that the other seasons. Because it is just fun.

I've seen it and I aprove

During the previous blog about doctor who, I felt sorry that David tennant will leave the show and fans would be left with a
Emo-doctor ( Matt smith, well if you consider number 9 Christian I forgot he was good on heroes and I think should be in the cast for the next season and would further explore Noah a.k.a" rim horned glasses" Bennet's past) but it turn out I was a little ahead if my self like the time they crusifed the new James bound for being to small headed and blond. Recently, they have release photos of the new doctor in coustume with his new companion Amy pond ( if they can tie-up aconnection with the word "any" to "song" she is river song and I think the doctor overcompensating that he Isn't 'ginger' in this regeneration as explored in Christmas invasion and as a spoiler I think his companion lives in the 80, her dress looks like it. so I think it is an intellegent guest)
He look like 50's professor/student. What like about it that it pay homage to the past doctor but it also bring the uniqueness of this doctor from other doctor even if I haven't seen any original doctor who ( please direct me anyone who sell a DVD boa set of the original doctor who or better yet something on the internet I can poke my keyboard with.) the only thing have a critic on the fact the TARDIS look clean and thief a sticker of some sort the reads 'st john's ambulance ( which may be a clue to how the 9th doctor regenerates. Maybe they'll give us a doctor who movie like regeneration like in the mourge again.) anywho, I belive we will see more action and suspence or even the return of rose, marth, donna or any of our other different and former foes and companions may be this doctor would be iconic like the 4th or the 10th doctors he would succssed. I hope this series ( or season for the Americans) would mystify us into the world of doctor who.
